Garment Sizing & Size Charts

How to Measure

Use actual body measurements - not clothing measurements

Chest - With arms at sides, measure around your upper body under your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping tape parallel to the floor.

Sleeve - With arm bent at 90 degrees, place hand on hip. Start at the center of the back of your neck (backbone) and measure across the shoulder to the outside of your elbow and down to your wristbone.

Hips - Stand with heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
